Dear members,
I am delighted to present our annual programme for 2024/2025!

At CU in May, we took a trip back in time to early twentieth century Europe with Alan R. Moor's Ticket to Ride: Europe, published by Days of Wonder, a board game that combines strategy, route planning and a love of trains.

Albanifest 2023 is just around the corner and we want to celebrate with you from Friday 30.06.2023 to Sunday 02.07.2023! We look forward to your visit with a refreshing drink and exciting rounds of games.

At CU in April, we played the historical strategy game Undauted: Normandy with the Reinforcements expansion.
We tackled two exciting scenarios: "Act with the Utmost Vigour" in North Africa and "Barenton" in Normandy. These scenarios not only showcased the diverse gameplay elements of the expansion, but also excited us with their unique challenges and objectives.

In 2022, our club saw a strong increase in new members, bringing the total membership to a new high. We are proud to welcome a record number of enthusiasts to our community. This has resulted in a vibrant and diverse group.

At CU in February, we played the historical wargame 878 Vikings: Invasions of England.
In 878 Vikings: Invasions of England, players have the choice between playing as invading Vikings or as English nobles fighting back against the invasion. The Vikings can play as Norse Viking warriors or as the fearless shock troops of the Vikings, the Berserkers. While the Anglo-Saxons can take on the role of Housecarls or Thegns. The English players can also use the peasant army, the Fyrd, to defend their towns. Both sides coordinate their strategies and try to control the cities on the board to win. The game ends with the Treaty of Wedmore and the side that controls the most cities is the winner.
